1.法学博士（Ph.D）论文：
A Systematic Conception of the Rule of Law: Definition, Morality and Aspiration
（《法治的体系化内涵：定义、道德性和愿景》）
The length of my dissertation is over 90,000 English words.My PhD work builds and expands upon my MPhil research. The main argument is that the Rule of Law should be understood in a systematic manner, which should include, at least, investigations into its definition (essence and components), moral status and aspiration (ultimate objective). The thesis thus aims to provide, within John Finnis’s theoretical framework, such a systematic conception of the Rule of Law. This research is potentially significant in both deepening the natural law tradition and expanding an appreciation of the Rule of Law.
2.法学硕士（M.Phil）论文：
Universal Standards for Defining Obscenity: A Natural Law Account
（《判定淫秽的普世标准：一种自然法阐述》）
This dissertation is of over 70,000 English words in length. It was submitted in Mar. 2015 for the MPhil in Laws degree at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). The dissertation explores the intersection of the natural law tradition (mainly John Finnis’s natural law theory) with the law on obscenity. Its objective is to identify those elements of obscenity with which any properly-functioning legal system must engage. These are, in effect, the natural-law components of obscenity.
